Appointment to see an Obstetrician came. This appointment will decide so many things. What kind of birth i’m allowed. What pain relief i’m allowed. Where i’m allowed to have baby. How long i have to stay in hospital after i have baby. Whether i have to continue to see an Obstetrician/Consultant monthly as well as seeing a midwife. I love that being high risk means they’ll monitor us more carefully and take better care of me this time but i hate how potentially restricting it is with regard to all of the above. Also, does anyone know how they expect me to bring a specimen of urine when i don’t have a pot thing? Do i just turn up with a full bladder?
