This stuff is THE shit. I know loads of people who are really suffering with hay fever at the moment and i highly recommend this! i used to take Piriton but it seemed to make my symptoms worse. I now can’t take anything because i’m pregnant so this is amazing. Suitable for athletes, pregnant & breast feeding women. Smells like mint polo’s and has a similar consistency to E45. Works by settling on the nasal lining as a gel to block allergen contact. Helps with hay fever, dust mite & pet allergies and prevents sneezing, runny nose, nasal congestion and itchy/watery eyes. AND it’s non-drowsy. You can use it up to 3 times a day and it should last for 2 months. You can get it in Boots for £9.99. They do do a kids version too. Hope that helps some fellow sufferers!
