He’s making sure that staff leave on time every day, he’s making Niall take his breaks (meaning Niall doesn’t come home hungry, caffeine deprived and stressed), he’s told him that he won’t be expected to do the early deliveries (as he lives 40 minutes away and getting there for 8am is stupid), he’s said that he’s willing to close the store on Saturday’s the minute they reach target and has told Niall that instead of getting to work at 8:30 every day, he can come in at 9. He’s also been really understanding regarding scans etc. I love him, haha. More time in bed with my man and less time waiting for him to come home with Charlie screaming ‘NUN-NUN’ at the window. I am a happy missus.
