I don’t eat crap all the time. I like to enjoy my food. I don’t count calories or starve myself. I eat what i want, when i want and i enjoy doing that. I will never diet or let myself associate food with my body image. I think it’s unhealthy. I don’t think it’s right to punish yourself for enjoying food. If i want to lose weight or tone then i exercise. I may not eat salads and gourmet fucking portions but i don’t eat cake and lard for every meal either. I binge on shit sometimes. Big deal. I have a happy, healthy relationship with food and i’m not sorry for that. I’m grateful for my metabolism.
